AGM 2010, Saturday 20th November
Club Competitions' Prize Winners

Club members attended the 90th Annual General Meeting held at the clubhouse today. Martin Granger Brown opened proceedings with his Presidential Remarks which praised the hard work of club members during a season that included the holding of the MacRobertson Shield Test Match between Great Britain and the United States of America. A full transcript can be seen by clicking here.
The Treasurer recommended that subscriptions be raised to £200 per annum to help club funds, especially in light of the expected spend on the clubhouse refurbishment. In the absence of the House Manager, Colin Irwin outlined the latest news on this, saying that planning permission for the work should get the go-ahead by the end of the year which will mean deadlines would be tight to finish by April and would probably have to go into the new season. A copy of the House Manager's report can be seen by clicking here; a plan of how things should look can be seen by clicking here. The limit of 100 full playing members was increased to 120 for a trial period.
Proceedings were concluded by the presentation of club trophies.
