LAWN DAMAGE PREVENTION We have a problem with fox damage to the lawns at night. In order to prevent this happening at night, when Alan is around he places covers over the patches of grass that the fox likes to dig up. The fox concentrates on anything that can be dug up easily, e.g old hoop holes or areas that it has been to before. SO, to help prevent this, will all those players who are last to play on a lawn please take measures to cover up these open areas before they leave by: - putting hoops into open holes, e.g. if a lawn is laid out for short croquet, then place hoops in the large lawn holes (and vice versa) - placing cones or metal grids over the top of any open part of the lawn that is damaged; these can be found on the edges of the lawns. Thank you.
