"THE NEXT STEP" COACHING COURSE, Sunday 22nd May A course for fast-improvers, with a handicap of 20 or better, who have only been playing for a few years.   This course was part of the NW Federation "Flying Circus" series of courses, which took place at Bowdon on Sunday, with 16 players from the region involved, including 14 from Bowdon CC. It covered the duration of a game in detail, from openings, break play with bisques, leaves, a Rover peel and pegging out.
