Earls travelled to Pendle yesterday and narrowly lost their midweek handicap match by 4-3.
In the morning games, Barry McKenzie (7) and Roger McCall (22) lost to Peter Dewhurst (12) and Robin Delves (11) by 1 on time.
Andrew Kenyon (12) lost to Garry Wilson (9) by 12; and last minute substitute Adam Swinton (4.5) beat Catherine Parnell (9) by 12
After lunch, Adam lost to Garry by 20, Barry beat Catherine by 2, Andrew lost to Robin by 10, and Roger beat Peter by 3
