BOWDON MEMBERS INCLUDED IN NATIONAL SQUADS


Congratulations to club member Ailsa Lines who, along with Gabrielle Higgins, Miranda Chapman and Rachel Rowe, have been awarded ranking places in the 2015 Women's AC World Championship to be held at Nottingham from 25th July to 1st August. In addition, England will get two Members' and two host places, which will be announced at the end of January, and there will be four places available for the winners of a qualifying event.

Club member David Maugham has been included in the GB team for the Solomon Trophy against the USA at Pinehurst Resort, North Carolina from 7th-11th May. Also included in the team is Jamie Burch, James Death, Stephen Mulliner, Samir Patel (Capt.) and Pete Trimmer.

David is also included in the Elite Squad, focused on regaining the MacRobertson Shield in 2017, along with Mark Avery, Jamie Burch, James Death, Ed Duckworth, Robert Fulford, Stephen Mulliner, Samir Patel and Pete Trimmer. The joint leaders of the Elite Squad are Samir Patel and Keith Aiton, another club member.
