BUDLEIGH SALTERTON AUTUMN HANDICAP WEEKEND, 19th-21st September
Sue and Ken Cooper spent an enjoyable time in Budleigh Salterton along with former club members Tim & Jenny Dennis.
Going into the final round both Tim & Jenny were in a good position, each with 4 wins out of 5, along with 2 local members. So, as often happens, they were drawn against each other with Tim coming out the winner. Unfortunately he lost the tournament on a who-beat-whom count back basis, the winner being Jackie Hardcastle. Ken won 3 out of 6 games and Sue won the wooden spoon with 1 win.
