NW FEDERATION COACHING COURSES
The North-West Federation runs "Flying Circus" courses where experienced coaches visit clubs to provide various levels of coaching. Club member Christine Irwin is the NWF Coaching Officer and Bowdon has requested her to put on 2 courses this year to help bring on the ability of our club players.
IMPROVERS' COURSE, Thursday 10th April
This course is largely a revision of the Beginners' Course but covers techniques to a greater level and prepares players for match play. Newly-joined club members will benefit greatly by attending, getting early practise in readiness for the season ahead.

The course is full up and entries are now closed.

SILVER-GILT COURSE, Sunday 8th June
This course is concerned entirely with advanced play and is intended for those players who have reached a good standard in handicap play but have little experience of advanced. It will be of particular importance for those players who will be competing for the club in the NWF 'B' Advanced League.
Colin Irwin will lead the course and Christine Irwin will take requests and/or enter your name on the sheet in the clubhouse.

The courses are provided free of charge and they run from 10am to 4pm approximately; please bring your own lunch.
