About 25 North-West Federation
members attended a special meeting at Culcheth on
1st February to discuss the C.A. Working Paper on
the relationship between the C.A. and the
federations. They met to exchange views and
gain a greater understanding of the issues involved,
all in preparation for a C.A. Conference for all
northern clubs to be held at Huddersfield on 15th
