RIPON GOLF CROQUET COURSE

10 club members enjoyed a threeday golf croquet course at Ripon, organised by Ros Pimlott. Unfortunately Ros was in hospital, but Marjorie Aston, Chris Evans, Leo and Eileen Fletcher, Lynda Healy, Carole Kelsall, Margaret Moss, Ken Pimlott, Carol Sinclair and Carol Steinberg attended, together with Stuart and Viv Challoner from Ellesmere and Bury.

Everyone managed to do at least one jump shot. Chris was the champion. Some participants found time for visits to the market and the cathedral. Once good news was received about Ros, everyone was able to relax and enjoy playing in the good weather. Ripon players came the last afternoon, to play with the group.
