was run at four London Clubs: Hurlingham,
Roehampton, Surbiton and Woking with the final
at Surbiton.
In
the final Robert Fletcher of Australia beat New
Zealander Paddy Chapman +4, +3tp, +26, winning all
20 matches he played in the week long tournament.
Bowdon members, Keith Aiton, David Maugham
and Ian Lines all qualified for the last 32
knockout stage.
David Maugham drew Ian Lines in the last 32 round
and won +4, +26tp.
Keith Aiton lost to Australian Kevin Beard -5, -26tp
in the last 32 round.
