NOTTINGHAMSHIRE REGAIN THE INTER-COUNTIES CHAMPIONSHIP

Bowdon members Colin Irwin (capt), Ken Cooper, Chris Irwin, Steve Lewis, Ian Lines, David Maugham, Mike Steer and Sylvia Steer have been representing Cheshire in the Inter-Counties championship. Nottinghamshire were champions with  Cheshire finishing 8th with 4 wins against Gloucestershire, Surrey, Hertfordshire and Suffolk.

Other club members taking part are: Martin Granger Brown (Warks), Ailsa Lines (Lancs), David Walters (Glamorgan), Keith Aiton (Notts), Alan Pidcock (CA Select team) and Sean Sheridan (Shropshire Plus).
