NW FEDERATION AGM AT CULCHETH, 5th November The North West Federation AGM took place at 10.00am on Saturday, 5th November, at Culcheth Sports & Social Club, Charnock Road, Culcheth, WA3 5SH. A set of minutes has been published and can be seen here. The meeting concluded with the presentation of trophies and Bowdon Saints captain Ken Cooper collected the Advanced League winners shield.
