GOLF CROQUET WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP, 18th - 24th JULY Two of our club members, Ian Lines and David Walters, epresented their countries, England & Wales respectively, at the Golf Croquet World Championship held at Hurlingham & Surbiton for the WCF Trophy. They were both drawn in Group F and finished tied in fourth place, along with Tony Hall of Australia; David won the play-off to gain the last qualifying place from the group into the main Knockout event while Ian played in the Plate. David went out in the first round of the Knockout but Ian managed to get to the semi-final of the Plate.
