Southport 4 Bowdon 12
On Sunday 29th May, the Short team consisting of Louise Cheyne, Jean Teare,
Janice Moir and Dave Holland beat the Birkdale team from the Southport and
Birkdale club, 12 - 4. There were excellent performances all round, especially
from Louise who won 3 out of 4 in her first team match. Jean also won 3 and
Janice 2. Captain Dave hit a surprising bit of form, winning all 4!
