Adam Swinton was the star of the show in his first representative match, winning 4 out of 4 games, while Jonathan Swinton and Dave Holland each won 2 out of 4.  Cecil Davies won the last match to finish, giving us the win that meant the match was won.
The Bowdon Short team beat Bury 9 -7 and finish in 3rd place in the league - a truly brilliant effort throughout the season with many new players being given the opportunity to play for the club by captain Dave Holland.
