After a scorching match Bowdon and Pendle
and Craven were level at 8 - 8. Bill Oxley led the way with 4
wins out of 4, and Margaret Moss had a win which turned out crucial to
hold Pendle and Craven to the draw.
The Pendle team was Joan and Ron Welch, Peter Dewhurst and Robin Delves.
