TASTER IS A GREAT SUCCESS!!!
The new taster course, a one day introduction to the world of croquet, run today by the club's coaches, was a great success. A fair morning but a wet afternoon did not put off the sixteen attendees all of whom were treated to tea/coffee before starting tuition plus a lunch of soup and sandwiches. Everyone seemed to enjoy it and several signed up for the full 6-week beginners’ Tuesday evening course starting 4th May. As normal, club members are asked to help out during the sessions, so,if you can,please put a note in your diary. |
