Bowdon member Richard H. Smith was beaten in the final of the Bath Croquet Club's President's Cup by Richard M. Smith (Bristol). In a lovely setting in the middle of Bath overlooked by the Abbey Bristol's Richard Smith won by 7T. Our Richard came away with many points on his card and nearing a reduction to 2.
