PREPARATION AND OPENING OF A WINTER LAWN

Our Ground Manager, Alan Mayne, has just completed hollow-tining all of the lawns and has cut lawns 3 and 4. The lawns are much drier now so he has opened a winter lawn (or two short lawns) for immediate use.
There was a sharp uptake for lawn space on day 1 and members enjoyed an enjoyable knock around under the watchful eye of Alan.
