END OF BARLOW BALLS

Barlow's have just issued the following statement:
" I am writing to let you know that I have decided to close Barlow Croquet Equipment Ltd. The factory to which the manufacture of Barlow Croquet Equipment was subcontracted has changed hands and the new owners do not wish to continue producing croquet equipment. Having considered the alternatives, I have decided to discontinue Barlow Croquet Equipment Ltd.
Barlow Croquet Equipment, as you know,  was developed in South Africa by the late Tom Barlow, at a time when the available choices were very few,  very expensive or of a low quality. Croquet equipment has developed considerably over the past twelve years and I feel that my customers around the world will not be left without an adequate range of croquet manufacturers from whom to source their equipment".
