Start of play was delayed
till 10.45am by rain, but it then eased off till tea-time. Ian had
a slightly adventurous tp in the doubles, starting the turn with a 27
yard rush peel of 4 back when for hoop 6, with Ray and Brian joined up
in Corner 1.
Carol Lewis played
excellently
to
win the last game and salvage some pride for Southport, but Bowdon
still won on points (+13). Many thanks to Southport for their
