Six of this year's new club members competed for the Fotiadi Novices Silver Challenge Bowl. Competition was fierce and several games went to golden hoop but, eventually, Barry McKenzie beat Jonathan Swinton in a close-fought final.

Congratulations to Barry and to all who took part. The weather was kind and the rain held off until just after the presentation which was made by ex-President Sheila Black. It was a great day, enjoyed by all and played with great enthusiasm and in the true spirit of the game.
